Scott Gross, Co-Founder/ Chairman
Artist • Technologist • Collection Steward
Scott W. Gross is a former Senior Technology Executive with over 30 years of experience leading global engineering organizations responsible for large-scale telecommunications networks.
From the early days of the commercial Internet, he has introduced emerging technologies, secured U.S. patents, and managed capital budgets exceeding $120 million.
With a background in abstract expressionism and fine art photography, Scott brings both technical and creative perspective to the foundation’s work.
A close friend of Ken Grebe for nearly four decades, he witnessed the evolution of Ken’s artistic voice and his commitment to kindness, connection, and community. Through the Kenneth M. Grebe Foundation, Scott is dedicated to preserving that legacy and advancing its mission.
Scott is a co-founder of the foundation and serves as Chairman of the Board.
Sheila McCune, Co-Founder/ Treasurer
Municipal Accountant • Community Organizer • Writer
Sheila McCune is a municipal accountant and community advocate whose career has centered on public service, organizational stewardship, and thoughtful leadership that supports others. She brings decades of experience in financial management, strategic communication, and community engagement.
A writer and poet, Sheila believes deeply in the power of creativity to connect people and give voice to shared experience.
As Ken Grebe’s sister, Sheila brings both personal devotion and practical guidance to the foundation’s work. Through the Kenneth M. Grebe Foundation, she helps ensure his legacy continues to uplift artists and the creative community for generations to come.
Sheila is a co-founder of the foundation and serves as its Treasurer.
Charlotte Cloe Fox Wind, Co-Founder/Secretary
Artist • Creative Director • Educator
Cloe Wind is an artist and creative leader with 17 years of experience in Philadelphia’s professional theater community. She has taught at the University of the Arts and the University of Pennsylvania and brings more than a decade of experience working with primary and elementary-aged students in arts education.
A watercolor artist and founder of POPROX Mini Mercantile, Cloe creates spaces that bring artists and community together through exhibitions, markets, and creative programming.
As Ken Grebe’s partner, she shared both his daily life and the rhythms of his creative practice. Through the Kenneth M. Grebe Foundation, she helps lead efforts to preserve his artwork, support emerging artists, and foster a creative community in his spirit.
Cloe is a co-founder of the foundation and serves as its Secretary.
