Creative Practice Grant Applications Are Now Open
Today marks an exciting milestone for the Kenneth M. Grebe Foundation as we open applications for our inaugural Creative Practice Grants.
Created to support the people and organizations who strengthen our region's cultural life, these unrestricted grants invest directly in creative practice. Whether supporting new work, purchasing materials, accessing equipment, pursuing research, or creating the time and space to continue making, we believe artists are best positioned to determine what their work needs most.
The 2026 grant cycle is open to individual artists, makers, writers, performers, creative collectives, and community arts organizations working within our eligible service region.
Applications will be accepted through August 31, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. (ET).
This first grant cycle represents an important step in the Foundation's ongoing mission to foster creativity, build community, and support the people whose work enriches the places we call home. Every application will be reviewed thoughtfully and with care.
If you're considering applying, we encourage you to take your time, review the program guidelines, and share the work you're most proud of.
