Art to Art: Creative Well, It's Bigger Than Us

It's Bigger Than Us

Collaboration, Community, and Creative Partnership

Art is often imagined as a solitary pursuit, but many creative lives are shaped by collaboration, conversation, mentorship, friendship, and shared effort.

For September's Art to Art gathering, we'll explore the relationships that support creative work: artistic partnerships, collective projects, creative communities, mentors, collaborators, audiences, and the people who help us continue when the work feels difficult.

How do we find creative community?
What makes a good collaborator?
How do we navigate conflict, boundaries, trust, and shared vision?
What happens when creative work becomes larger than any one person?

The evening will include guided discussion, anonymous audience questions, community conversation, and a brief creative wellness component.

Because while the work may begin with us, it rarely ends there.

Presented by the Kenneth M. Grebe Foundation.
